Your name, parent’s name, passport-size photograph, phone/WhatsApp number, email, profession or college, and details you share in enquiry and enrollment forms. Payment is handled by our payment partner; we do not store card or bank details. We also keep attendance, assessment and certificate records, and basic website usage data through cookies.
2. How we use it
To process enrollments and payments, run classes, issue and verify certificates, send batch updates (with your consent), activate your free AI Resume subscription, respond to enquiries and improve our programs.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us deliver programs: our payment gateway, the AI Resume platform (for your account), messaging and email providers, and training partners such as NSIC Technical Services Centre where needed for attendance and certification [confirm]. We never sell your data.
4. Certificate verification
Anyone who has your certificate number can see your name, photograph, parent’s name, program, training dates, grade and conduct remark on our verification page, exactly as printed on the certificate.
