These terms apply when you use bharatxlabs.com or enroll in any BharatX Labs program. By enrolling, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Programs are open to learners who meet the prerequisites listed on each program page. Learners under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Enrollment and seats
A seat is confirmed only after full payment. Seats are limited to 50 per batch and allotted first come, first served.
3. Attendance and certification
Certificates are issued only after you complete the program, submit the required project and clear the final assessment. Minimum attendance: [X]%.
4. Conduct at the venue
Carry your ID card at all times, follow instructions from trainers and venue staff, and use lab systems only for training.
5. Course materials
Course content, prompt sheets and recordings are for your personal learning only and may not be resold or shared publicly.
6. Changes to batches
We may reschedule a batch or change a trainer for operational reasons. You will be informed in advance and offered the options in our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Our programs build skills; they do not guarantee a job, income or business outcome.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [New Delhi] have jurisdiction.
